Queens, We're In This Together!

Stop looking at another woman as your competition. Together, we can accomplish so much more! The main takeaway here is this, "Sisterhood over competition!"

So many times, I've witness women at odds because of jealousy, hate, and envy and to me, it's saddening to see that. To be a young woman who knows the power of women coming together and how gracious it is, I have made a community where sisterhood is the core value. It is called Queen Gang: A Women's Community. It is a Facebook group I created for Queens like you to have a place to be yourself and connect with other Queens and create a strong foundation of leadership and sisterhood.

We, as women, should encourage each other to continue to form bonds of power because the power that women have together is something that can change the world. It is important to remember that there's no need to feel a certain type of way about a woman during her successful, thriving, and winning stages. Instead of feeling any negativity, congratulate her! Ask her how she got there, tips on how you could get there in your success; don't hate on her and turn your nose up at her because you're not where you want to be, and she is. Clap when your sister wins. There is enough success to go around for all of us! The moment we come together and build each other up constantly is going to be a soul shifting experience. Don't allow negativity to show up and tear our Queendoms down and cause it to fall apart completely. Declare that we are here for each other, to help, guide, teach, and build each other up! We are extremely powerful together than we will ever be separately.

*Partner up together for business — There are endless opportunities that could come from this! Women can and do work together successfully. Female partnerships are an effective tool for female power.

*Share knowledge — We can all learn from each other in many ways. New ideas can be generated, knowledge sharing helps you get feedback and helps you receive valuable information from those more skilled or with a different set of competences.
